To help you get started, we have a comprehensive Orientation section to answer all of your questions and get you going on your journey. Our goal is to provide you with clarity and motivation! In Orientation, you will learn about the course platform and know exactly how to graduate with flying colors. We are committed to helping all of our students finish at their desired pace so they can take meaningful steps toward achieving their goals.

We encourage all members to complete the full orientation segment and assessment. You must complete all assessments to graduate. The orientation assessment will confirm your understanding of how the course works, what to expect, and how to conduct yourself among other students in our community. We are here to support you every step of the way and can't wait to see you thrive in our program!

Module 1: Becoming a Professional Educator

Welcome to Module 1 of the course, where you'll learn how to become an incredible educator with the guidance of Ashli Albert (@getschooledbyshli). Get ready to explore brand new information that will help you take your classes to the next level! No matter your level of experience, Ashli's three video segments cover all the essentials for aspiring and experienced educators. In the first segment, you'll dive into "How People Learn" and gain valuable insights into learning preferences, how to hold your students' attention, and how people take in information. The second and third segments of Ashli's course will teach you how to be a great presenter and teacher. You'll learn how to add visuals to your classes, what to say and how to say it, and how to look and feel confident while teaching. Ashli's teachings are packed with valuable tips and tricks to improve your classes and reach all learning types. To graduate, students must complete all of Ashli's content and assessments. And once you've completed the course, you'll be set up for success as an amazing educator!

Module 2: Cultivating Your Influence

Are you ready for an unforgettable learning experience? Olivia's Segment is not your average social media course, it's an exclusive opportunity to learn from the incredible Olivia Thompson (@omgartistry) and her proven process for creating top-notch content and Reels that will take your career to new heights! Olivia will guide you step-by-step through the creation of Reels, ensuring that you're engaged and inspired by her every move. Her journey to success will motivate and inspire you to take control of your career and build your brand both online and offline. With Olivia's guidance, you'll begin the course with a comprehensive breakdown of everything you need to know about establishing and growing your online presence, as well as revamping your personal brand to grow your career and clientele.

In Olivia's hands-on Reels and editing workshop, you'll learn how to create beautiful social media content that will get you noticed, purposeful posting, using Instagram with intention, creating engaging captions, posing clients, her go-to tips for achieving perfect lighting, how to crack the Instagram algorithm and increase your social engagement. Olivia's unbelievably jam-packed course will give you all the necessary tools to conquer challenges in your everyday life, business, or career path that will lead you to ‘Insta’-success.

To graduate, all students must complete all of Olivia's content and assessments. Olivia's graduation requirement is to create a Reel using the education provided, and you'll be asked to share a link to your Reel using Instagram, Dropbox, Youtube, or any other file sharing platform where Olivia can access the video via LINK.

Module 3: Transforming Your Art Into A Business

Welcome to Gina's Segment, where you will learn how to turn your education into a thriving business with the help of Gina Sicard, a leading independent educator and icon in the beauty industry. Gina has been where you are and has developed her own systems and approach that will guide you through the ups and downs of building your education empire.

In this course, Gina will cover everything from the mindset of an education business owner to structuring classes and event planning. You'll learn how to break through fear and imposter syndrome, figure out your gifts and what to teach, deliver transformation in your classes, and build your curriculum. You'll also discover 10 opportunities as an educator, including teaching on social media, getting noticed by and working with brands, and more.

Gina's course is curated to include her greatest knowledge based on her personal experiences, failures, wins, and tips she wishes she would have known sooner. All students must complete all of Gina's content and assessments to unlock the final graduation form, where you'll be asked to teach any type of class using the education provided. Don't worry, you don't have to be perfect - Gina just wants to see that you've learned from your class and how to make the next one better.

By the time you reach Gina's segment, you'll be well-prepared to teach a class of any kind. It can be an IG Live, a Zoom class, an in-person class for your friends or salon team, or anything in between. Gina will also hold a live session to answer any questions you may have about her segment or challenges you're facing as an educator.

It's your time to shine and celebrate your hard work with our LIVE Graduation on Zoom! Graduations are held quarterly during our LIVE Q+A Sessions. You'll receive a special certificate of completion signed by all instructors when you graduate - a symbol of your achievements and dedication to becoming a successful educator. You can request your certificate at any time after you have completed your course content and assessments or you will receive it via e-mail on the day of the LIVE Session and Graduation.
